How do I send my packages with Hazelyn Brown Custom Brokers Limited?Sending Packages with Hazelyn Brown Custom Brokers Limited is easy, follow the three easy steps and you're on your way: 1. Sign up today and get your free US mailbox address and customer number. 2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and customer ID. When your purchase is complete, upload your invoice (Go to Contact Page) choose options (Store pickup | for Delivery option choose Home or Office delivery) 3. We will notify you each step of the way - As soon as we receive your package in our Miami where house - When your package is on its way to Jamaica - When your package arrives in the island - And when your package is ready for delivery We will keep you informed about your shipment.

How long does it takes to arrive in Jamaica?Your packages usually take less than a week to get to Jamaica, as soon as we receive your packages at our warehouse facility in Miami, we immediately prepare them for freight to Jamaica. Please ensure that the correct mailbox address and customer ID number is used when purchasing online.

What are your current shipping rates?Our rates are based on weight of the package(s). For additional information please view our Rate Page by clicking the rates tab on our website.

How are Custom Duty charged on packages?Customs Duties are charged on packages exceeding USD$50 in value. The duty rates are applied based on customs tariff codes which is applied by the Customs officer processing the shipment. For more information please visit Jamaica Customs Website

How is Freight calculated on packages?Freight is calculated based on the shipping weight of the item as well as any other customs charge for items US$50 and over.

What exchange rate is used when calculating the duty on packages?The exchange rate is based on the Bank of Jamaica daily exchange rate on any given day.

Will I receive any package notifications?1. Yes as soon as we receive your package at our Miami warehouse an email will be sent to you as a pre-alert to inform you that we have received the package. 2. Once the package has arrived in Jamaica another email will be sent to you alerting you of its arrival. 3. As soon as the package has been processed at the airport in Kingston, another email will be sent to notify you that the process is completed. 4. The final email will be sent once your package is at our pick up location and is ready to be collected, along with any outstanding balances.

If I use your credit card will there be a charge?Yes, there is a five hundred dollar (JM$500) service charge for orders US$49 and under, for orders US$50 and over, there is a 10% charge on the value of the item(s) being purchased.
