Sending Packages with Hazelyn Brown Custom Brokers Limited is easy, follow the three easy steps and you're on your way:
1. Sign up today and get your free US mailbox address and customer number.
2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and customer ID.
When your purchase is complete, upload your invoice (Go to Contact Page) choose options (Store pickup | for Delivery option choose Home or Office delivery)
3. We will notify you each step of the way
- As soon as we receive your package in our Miami where house
- When your package is on its way to Jamaica
- When your package arrives in the island
- And when your package is ready for delivery
We will keep you informed about your shipment.
1. Yes as soon as we receive your package at our Miami warehouse an email will be sent to you as a pre-alert to inform you that we have received the package.
2. Once the package has arrived in Jamaica another email will be sent to you alerting you of its arrival.
3. As soon as the package has been processed at the airport in Kingston, another email will be sent to notify you that the process is completed.
4. The final email will be sent once your package is at our pick up location and is ready to be collected, along with any outstanding balances.
